Can anybody explain how Canada Post spending thousands of dollars on
repainting their vans in reverse color order (red on top, gray at
the bottom, formerly gray on top and red at the bottom) will improve
profitability, efficiency, or faster mail delivery?

And they want to increase the postage rates yet again ......
