My reaction is that the program gives you a lot, but the documentation is really verbose and poorly written. I found that I had to read through almost the entire manual before I began to have a grasp of the system. I guess you could argue that it takes a while to understand because it offers so much, (the KEE argument) but I summarized it for a roomful of people in about an hour and it doesn't seem to be too much of a jump if people understand rules and frames. Have others had the same impression of the manual? Is there a summary out there somewhere (the manual has a primer chapter, which is just one of these "now click on the rounded button, now type 'blah blah blah'", etc. chapters, and doesn't give much of an overview.
