William Wells) [Apologies for not getting this out sooner but I've been having problems with C news which I just installed. Don't use the C news stdio stuff with Microport V/386! It should be fixed now. tww] I've set up things for an archive of Kibology-related files (postscript and text files for leaflets, posters, newsletters, pieces of The Kibo Bible, etc.) on uruguay.acm.rpi.edu (128.113.10.202) where they can be reached by anonymous FTP. The archives are still fairly sparse -- I'm going to be uploading new stuff gradually, continually. Currently, there are about 20 PostScript documents there, and there should be a few text files soon for people without PostScript printers. The archives are in directory pub/kibo. File pub/kibo/README should be a complete table of contents of the few things that are there so far. If you would like information on the archive or its contents, if you have submissions, or if you want me to mail you any of the files or the list of files, feel free to e-mail me. ("You're allowed," as the saying goes.) In other news, please voice your opinion for or against the creation of alt.kibology (well, if you have one) in alt.config. Our local news administrator would wisely like assurance that other news admins will support the group, before he creates it. james "kibo" parry, 138 birch lane, scotia, ny 12302 usa /// All colors are kibo%pawl.rpi.edu@itsgw.rpi.edu __________________/// arbitrary. kibo@mts.rpi.edu /// Anything I say is the opinion of userfe0n@rpitsmts.bitnet /// myself and not this computer.
