			[Apologies for not getting this out sooner but I've
			been having problems with C news which I just
			installed. Don't use the C news stdio stuff with
			Microport V/386! It should be fixed now. tww]

There has been failures with ftp connections with our site
Chyde.uwasa.fi (128.214.21.3) but they should be over by
now.
