   I would like to thank all who have sent me email concerning the
PD programs available by anonymous FTP at the University of Vaasa,
Finland.  I would like to answer as many as possible, but I cannot
do that without your proper email addresses.  Email programs do give
a return path, but in many cases it is not usable as such!
Therefore, WOULD YOU PLEASE include a similar logo in your messages,
something like mine below, so I can try to reply.
