I finally had a chance to move over to my BBS PC the ue310doc.arc file,
only to find that it was corrupted.

If someone has a copy of the ue310doc.arc file I would appreciate it,
or if it is available on the SIMTEL20 listserver, let me know where and
I'll go get it.
