Can anybody help me with the following problem?

I bought an ITT2084 modem, but I've only got the 2083 manual.
There are about 60-70 jumpers to set, but I don't know how to
set them for my computer. I'm using an Amiga, which has the same
(I think) serial interface caracteristics as an IBM-PC. Does anybody
out there uses such a modem, and can tell me how to set those jumpers?
