Are any of the operating companies tariffed to provide T3 services at this
point?  I see ads mentioning products that do T3, but usually no details -

We are interested in information on products that do T3 muxing, etc.
also where does one get info about T3, i.e. where is the "community".
, users, advertisers, etc.
