It has now been posted to comp.binaries.ibm.pc (the proper place for it to begin with -- sorry!) It includes: docs for writing your own bgi driver, and a driver template called `debug.c'; a font editor; a set of new fonts; a hercules mono/color driver; and a vga 256-color driver. These last two items do not include source code, unfortunately. Also, the font editor requires ega color [why !?] If anybody has any luck using any of these tools, especially debug.c, I would very much like to hear about it.
