The prompts are actually from your FTP program, which will send them to
the FTP server as USER and PASS commands (internal FTP client to server
commands).  Just use "anonymous" as the userid, and use your domain style
e-mail address as the password.  If you have trouble with uxe.cso.uiuc.edu
