At our installation no one has managed to get the eiffel test (et)
utility to work.  I have tried very small examples, including the
demonstration example and always get the same error message on my
screen

I get this message whenever view(obj) is reached.  

My question to the world is has anybody got the utility to work?  If
so using what code, and on what type of hardware?  It may be that we
do not have Eiffel set up right.
