We're running a 3081. REXX is available with TSO/E Version 2. TSO/E Version 2 is available in both an MVS/XA and MVS/ESA version so you should be able to run REXX on your 3081. Many of the TSO/E V2 features are only implemented in the ESA version, but REXX is one thing that is available on both.
