We are in the process of trying to port portions of the Oct Tools to a
System V 3B15, and the docs refer to the Berkeley SIM(5CAD) format,
but they do not include the man pages in the source or in the printed
manual.  If there is anyone out there who has this info, could you
please mail it to me.
