The article with elm 2.2 Patch #10 in it at my site was actually
two copies of the patch, one appended after the other.  I ran patch
from rn and it started complaining about patching patchlevel.h after
it had already patched it.  Watch out for this!  There wasn't any
real damage done, patch refused to patch all files except one because
of incorrect versions, the only problem was with the new Patchlist
file which was created with an extra copy of the file appended to
the end.
