This may not be the appropriate place to put this plea, but it classifies
(in my mind) as being comp.mail.misc.

After scanning through the mail help available, I can see how to _un_rot13
articles, but I haven't found a way to rot13 articles.  (I can unencrypt,
but haven't determined how to encrypt)

Could someone please enlighten me through e-mail?

(Also, is there a way to rot13 a normal file, that doesn't ever see posting
or e-mail?)
