I know this question has probably been asked a million times on this
newsgroup, but how do I reach a node on fido net from the Internet?

My father recently hooked up his IBM PC clone to Fido Net, in Oregon,
and now I would like to get email to him from here in Mass.

If any Fido Net people know how he would address a message to me
that info would be appreciated too.  Is there a local/regional/national
forwarder to/from Fido?

Email or a posting will both work, though email is faster for nodes like
wave4 out in the "UUCP stix". (I hate reading 5 day old news..)
