This worked for me.  Mail to FidoNet with

first.last@Fxxx.Nyyy.Zz.FIDONET.ORG

first = Fido BBS users first name
last  = Fido BBS users last name
xxx   = Fido node number
yyy   = Fido net number
z     = Fido zone number.  1 for U.S.
