Bruce Evans <evans@ditsyda.oz.au> reported two bugs in my recent posting
of `rmdir' .
1) The program didn't report any error messages when not run SUID.
   The unlinking of the directory would fail, but no error message
   from `rmdir' .
2) Removing a directory where the user had write-permission but no
   execute-permission would fail. This should of course be possible.

I stand corrected, but find comfort in my misery in that this version
at least doesn't seem to destroy the directory structure ! :-)
