I need help.  I would like to take the big dive and start the
up grade to 1.4x from 1.1.

I have megabytes and megabytes of patch files and the like, but I
don't have the 1.2 "C" support library and compiler binaries.
Since I don't have FTP ability to get to bugs.nosc.mil, does
someone have this stuff lying around where I can get a copy?
