I am just starting to work on a Network Management project.  We 
are going to implement an SNMP on an Internet Gateway.

Can you recommend me any literature that I can read in order to come
up to speed on the subject?  I have the RFCs 1052, 1098, 1065, 1066
and two SNMP development kits (MIT and CMU).  Are there any training
seminars (preferably in the Boston area), text-books, etc.?
