Wanted -- a Unisys 1100 peer to the BSD r-suite commands, rexec and rsh. This
would allow a program to initiate commands on a remote OS1100 host, and vice-
versa, over the TCP/IP protocol stack.

Ths Unisys environment is: System base 3r2, DDN1100 3r2 in the host for FTP
(but no SMTP) with TCP-IP stack in the DCP.
