Kelly McDonald and others at BYU did the Netware driver that allows it
to use a separate Packet Driver, but Univation, Interlan, Excelan and
others have done TCP/IP sharing with Netware.  BICC Data Networks was
the first to do this under DOS, with Proteon close behind (both with
private interfaces, not the Packet Driver).

None of the NOS vendors have taken this kind of interest in the Packet
Driver spec so far.  3Com, Banyan and DEC all have their own
interface-sharing specs, so I'm not sure they ever will.  We've done
versions of PC/TCP that co-operate with VINES and PCSA, and we'll have
3+/Open someday (when they fix the bug in the Protocol Manager).
