I am posting this for a colleague of mine.

Does anyone know of a realtime kernel for Turbo Pascal (preferably for
TP 5.0)? (Where to buy it, facilities etc.)

I would prefer one with timesliced (preemptive) scheduling. I believe it 
should be possible to implement it as a Turbo Unit (TPU).
