A while back I saw either the binary or the source for a program that could
read/write IBM 720K 3.5 inch disks.  I believe that it just modified or
was a modified version of the one that comes on the 1.3 extras.
Is this correct?  
Anyway, I would really appreciate it if someone could send me either the
source or the executable at R9Kevin@IBM.COM
