There was that problem that seemed to plague the amiga 500 : Its cheap
powersupply ...

now my question , what were the symptoms that occured and which shows that 
there are too many peripherals attached to the amiga and that it was time to
switch pwr supply ? 
were guru occuring after boot up ? was the screen always blank, no welcoming
"amigados 1.2/1.3 ?"
