Has anyone got the printer driver for the Tektronix 4693D?  The 1.3
enhancer doc says it's available from Tektronix or available on Bix.

Not having access to Bix (and preferring not to access Tektronix), I
would appreciate it greatly if someone who already has the driver
could mail it to me.
