Either way (send_alarm, crp/crpad, /bin/write, or /bin/wall), you can't
create a pad on the remote node if the node is in GPR_$borrow mode.
I've been writing about this under the topic "Processes in GPR_$borrow mode.".

Can anyone from apollo.com listening in send a APR or CRUCR for me on this?
I would like root/sys_admin and only these two to have the capability to
break into a borrow mode process.  Many thanks in advance.
