Interlude routines were provided in gmr2d v2.0 and v2.1. These releases were pre-sr10. Gmr2d v2.2 was the release to support sr10 and it does not include the interlude routines. In gmr2d v2.0 and v2.1 the interlude routines can be found in the /sys/gmr2d directory.
