When Appleworks 3.0 comes out will Beagle support it? 2. Where did you hear such a rumor? 3. Don't you read NAUG? (National Appleworks User's Group) 4. Beagle will always be there to support Appleworks. Of course it will probably require and update - Randy Brandt - Ultramacros author. Could some kind reader please fill us in on what is going on and what the time frame is supposed to be. Open~Apple (now A2~Central) had an article over a year ago that said something about Appleworks version 3 unless Claris buys Claris (which he didn't think would happen). For my money, Appleworks is darn good right now and if it should get some spreadsheet enhancements in terms of expanded functions, it would be real hard to beat. How about the net going nutso on what Appleworks enhancements they would like to see and allow the piracy issue drop out of sight until next spring when the sap again begins to flow. -- Joe Walters att!ihlpf!bird IHP 1F-240 (312) 713-5356
