Not sure what you meant in the first sentence, but System Utilities will
definitely convert files between DOS 3.3, ProDOS, and Pascal.  I don't
know anything about CP/M support.

Actually, CONVERT will copy files between DOS 3.3 and ProDOS volumes; FILER
won't.  FILER and CONVERT have not been updated recently, as far as I know.
