Joe, There is currently a lot of work going on with Appleworks 3.0, and
has some dandy features. However it still is in beta, and from the 
number of bugs still being found, I suspect will be in beta for a good
while longer yet. (we would not want to rush a good thing, would we???)

Despite the "announcement" in the national Appleworks journal, the product
is still under wraps on official levels.
