The command is "r" for "resume". Why doesn't the package say this? Because the command is in the release notes, and when I was asked to approve them for shipment, I wouldn't, because they talked about things they shouldn't have and nobody had time to clean them up, so they went without them. The changes since the manual are really minor, and the manual on the whole is very good.
