Say what? I run a proline site in Houston and from what I've seen there are no pirate proline systems. I can also say that no software gets released on my system without it being checked for copyright infringement. One of the things that really inspired me to switch from GBBS Pro to ProLine was the fact that the network tried to keep it's nose clean.
