Perhaps someone at Claris.com will be kind enough to straighten us out, but I have this *vague* memory that Claris did NOT pick up Apple's complete registered owner files for older versions (before 2.0, or was it 1.something?) of AppleWorks. IF you registered with Claris directly, then you can expect Claris to offer you an upgrade (nothing I noted in A2-Central indicates the upgrade from Claris will be any different than $79), but if you registered with Apple and never upgraded through Claris, you can't expect to hear from Claris. Hence, it seems to me that if you are BOTH an A2-Central subscriber AND registered with Claris, you have two ways of accomplishing the same end (where is Scott when we need him? :-) <-- please note tongue in cheek.
