My keyboard seems to be ultra-sensative, especially my spacebar. When connected to a remote system I have to be very careful with hitting my spacebar. If I hit it too hard it causes the system to disconnect. Many times when I hit it regularly, I have the same problem. This has been happening for awhile now. A couple of years ago I brought my Apple to my dealer who claimed the problem was the motherboard. I had it replaced and the problem still occured. The dealer then changed my spacebar and this corrected the problem for a short while (a couple of months) but it has been happening ever since. Secondly my keyboard seems to enjoy sending random characters to the screen. Many time when I'll hit an "A" a "Z" will appear on the screen, or if I hit a "P" a "C" will come up. I've determined the problem does not come from line-noise because it also happens when I have my word processor loaded up. It does not happen _all_ the time, but more than just occasionally. If anyone has any ideas I'd more than welcome them. _______________________________________________________________________________ UUCP: crash!pro-graphics!dace | ProLine: dace@pro-graphics InterNet: crash!dace@pro-graphics.cts.com | US Mail: Box 23906 UNCW-Station ARPA/DDN: crash!pro-graphics!dace@nosc.mil | Wilmington, NC 28407 _______________________________________________________________________________
