I have been using the integrated version of TML Pascal for several
years now and I have been reasonably happy with it.  They have
recently announced TML Pascal II which will support GS/OS version 5.0
and provides a resource editor.  It is suppose to be available in
July, so I would wait for that version (it costs $49.95 to upgrade
from previous versions).
