Where can I get Idris for the ST?

Has anyone compared Idris to Minix with respect to performance
and cost? If so please post or email me! 

Are there any other UN*X like os' out there for the ST that I
should consider? I am looking for BSD-like unix compatibility,
X-windows, uucp, ftp, awk, PIPES, redirects, etc.
