Here are the last couple of lines from a log of a make using the fpcc
compiler.  An nm of libread.a displays that rename is an external.  ar t
libc.a shows that rename.o is present.  Where does this error come from
and what do I do next?  (Similar findings for mkdir and libport.a and
libc.a)  Thanks.

	cc -lg  vnews.o libscrn.a libread.a libpost.a  libnews.a libport.a
