  I have a similar problem with my computer, only one difference is that
when it has been on for half an hour or so, it tends to freeze up. The
characters on the screen start randomly changing colours. Only a few at
first, but eventually all the characters on the screen turn different
colours. Then the computer freezes up. If you get any help, maybe you
could tell me what you did to help it.
