There never was a product numbered "9855". The Series 500 Model 520 was originally envisioned as the successor to the 9845, and the product number 9855 was allocated. Many of the components bear the prefix 09855-, however the actual product number assigned was 9020. I presume you are asking about the built-in 10- or 20-Mbyte Seagate hard disk assembly. This was sold (as a field upgrade) as product 97093A. I will poke around tommorrow and see what documents are supposed to exist.
