I got the file DIGITIZE.ARC which contains a voice digitizer circuit
and (among other files) a file explaining that I NEED a file called 
SNDEXPLN.ARC. I know zero about circuits but this seems to be an easy 
project. I have looked for that file in the places I know how to get 
to (not many). It seems this digitizer project went through its active 
period some time ago. 

   Do I need the information in SNDEXPLN? How do I get that file?
