I have a previous posting which explains EGA color mapping
of RGB values to bits.

What I would like to find out now is how to change the LUT
so that I can display these other colors.  I am using an
ATI EGA Wonder card in a Compaq Deskpro 386, but would
like to know as well how to do the same with an AT&T VDC750
and VDC600.

Any hints?  What do I have to know about the EGA hardware?
(Hopefully, there is a *standard* way to do this. :-)
