Summary: How do you read and display the rodent in graphics modes Keywords: Logitech Mouse, Graphics, Programming, HELP Message-ID: <1989Jun15.121827.20669@ziebmef.uucp> Date: 15 Jun 89 16:18:26 GMT Reply-To: lea@ziebmef.UUCP (Simon Peter Lea) Organization: Ziebmef Public Access Unix, Toronto, Ontario Lines: 19 I would appreciate any information any one may have regarding polling, displaying, etc., a mouse in any graphics mode. Is there an interrupt other than 33h that can be used for checking the rodents status, or is there some way to set the ratio of tracking resolution to display resolution appropriately for graphics modes through this interrupt so that the mouse doesn't leap-frog across the screen? Please reply by E-mail, preferably to the account lea@ziebmef.UUCP (see signature) if possible. If there is interest expressed I will post a summary-followup. -- Simon Lea -- University of Toronto, Department of Computer Science {utcsri!tmsoft, attcan!tmsoft, utgpu!lsuc!ncrcan}!ziebmef!lea lea@ziebmef.UUCP /OR/ InterNet, BITNET, CSnet, NetNorth, CDNNET, EARN: lea@gpu.utcs.utoronto.ca
