  What is the current wisdom of the net on "pc-compatible"
printers?  I'm about to buy one, and it looks like dot-matrix
is it (laser printers seem too expensive for my hobby!).  Any
great advantage of 24-pin over 9-pin?  I've been eyeing the
Epson LQ series (500 maybe) or Panasonic (1124?).  Any comments
on these specific devices??
