Do any of the multi-IO cards available for the IBM PC/AT bus use the
National NS 16550A UART?  Most of the cards I have seen use the 8250.

I currently have a need for a PC/AT bus card that supports 2-4 serial ports
and a parallel port,  and maybe a clock.  I would like the serial ports to
use the 16550A UART preferably.  Unfortantly I know very little about the IBM
PC market so if anyone can give me some pointers about card to buy, and to
avoid it would be much apriciated.
