I just completed a beginning C class at a local Junior College. We used the book "Learn C" by Microsoft Press. Book includes a "Learn C" complier, most features of Quick C but you can't create executable files. We used "C: A REFERENCE MANUAL" by Harbinson and Steele, Prentice-Hall publishers, when more indepth information was needed. No previous programming experience and you are starting with C? Good luck. ----------------------------------------|-----------------------------| Mike Newell | Hewlett-Packard | miken@hpsad | Signal Analysis Division | (707) 794-4195 | Rohnert Park, CA | ----------------------------------------|-----------------------------|
