Hi. I'm trying to get xdm running on an IBM RT (AIX 2.2.1).  While running in
debug mode, I get the followin messages:

Server Started 3882
Wait for server delay:5 repeat:5
Cannot open /dev/tty to query device id
Wait for server delay:5 repeat:5

and then a continuous scroll of:
Before XOpenDisplay(:0)
After XOpenDisplay(:0)
waiting for server to start

Is the problem the fact that AIX is a System V UNIX?  We're running X11R3 (from
IBM).  Thanks in advance for any help.
