In an attempt to greatly reduce the learning curve of working with MASS-11
on a VAX, I'm trying to write a program which will convert from Microsoft
Word 3.0x (the version that I use -- I don't have enough memory or money
to get 4.0 yet) to MASS-11 files.

What I need to know is where I can find the storage format for Word's files
and where I can find docs on MASS-11's file formats.  Also, if anybody can
tell me what Word 4.0's formats are, then when I do *finally* get 4.0, I
can convert from it's files.

If anyone's already done this, please let me know so I don't reinvent the
wheel.  I'd like to make things as simple as possible (for me as well as the
user), so if somebody has a base for me to start with, then let me know!
