For the record:
SMS OMTI 310[035], 3110 controller SCSI address jumpering:
W1-3 (right next to the 5080 that is nearest to the 50-pin SCSI connector
W1=lsb
W3=msb
shorted=1, open=0

I THINK that W1 is nearest the SCSI connector.

Caveat: I'm looking at the manual, not the board.
