It should be noted that the University of Illinois charges an additional $50
order fee ON EVERY ORDER.  Do the other universities charge such a fee?
Supposedly it supports a 12' x 12' "computer store" in the Student Union.
I'd rather they'd run the whole thing mail order and let me keep my $50.

It is also interesting to see that Tulane charges New Orleans sales tax,
while U of I charges California sales tax (their literature claims that
Apple charges the sales tax).  Perhaps the sales tax algorithm is:
	Max( Cal. sales tax, local sales tax )
